IFS helps us understand the different “parts” within you—each with its own voice and role. By getting to know these parts, we can foster internal harmony and self-compassion.

EMDR is a structured approach that aids in processing and integrating distressing memories. It’s particularly effective for those who have experienced trauma, helping to reduce its lingering effects.

Two approaches I frequently use are Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I am trained in Level 1 IFS and EMDR, offering services in both English and Spanish.

Each modality provides a unique framework for exploring your experiences, allowing us to address your needs in a way that feels safe, supportive, and effective.
