Empatía Wellness Pricing Structure

We understand that financial situations can vary, and we are committed to making quality mental health care accessible. To support this, we offer a sliding scale option to work with you in finding a rate that aligns with your financial circumstances. We’ll discuss a fee structure that respects both your needs and my commitment to accessible care.
As an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with a Superbill upon request. A Superbill is an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement based on your plan’s out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to guide you through this process or answer any questions you may have.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we provide a Good Faith Estimate for the expected cost of services. This estimate is offered in compliance with the No Surprises Act, ensuring that you are fully informed about the potential costs of therapy and can plan accordingly.
