I work with teens, young adults, and individuals navigating identity, trauma, and family dynamics. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not quite yourself, you’re welcome here.

Adolescents

The teen years can feel like everything is shifting at once—inside and out. I offer a calm, judgment-free space where teens can talk honestly, feel seen, and start making sense of what they’re going through. Together, we’ll work toward understanding, not fixing—so they can feel more grounded in who they are and how they move through the world.

Addiction

Addiction doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it often shows up in response to pain, overwhelm, or disconnection. In therapy, we’ll explore what’s underneath your relationship with substances or behaviors, without judgment or pressure. Family Therapy
