You might be navigating addiction, family tension, trauma, anxiety, or questions about who you are and how you relate to others. Whatever you’re carrying, we’ll explore it together with care, curiosity, and no pressure to be anywhere other than where you are right now.

Each session will be tailored to your needs and paced at a comfortable speed. Together, we’ll create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore the parts of you that need healing and care.
